Welcome to Kaz à Tom, the vacation home with family or friends!
Located on the road to Morphy, 5 minutes from Bourg de Pointe Noire, the fish market and the beach of Petite-Anse, the Kaz à Tom is a pretty independent villa with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. floor. Its independent studio on the ground floor can accommodate 3 additional people for a total capacity of 11 people.
The house consists of a night area with 4 bedrooms (all air conditioned with 160 x 200 bed) and 2 independent bathrooms with walk-in shower and WC distributed around a distribution corridor.
The kitchen / living room is currently entirely outside under the covered gallery and offers a large space for relaxation and conviviality open to the sea and the garden. You will thus enjoy a holiday in the great outdoors for your meals or to savor your ti-punch at the bar area near the hammock ...
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to supply a large table.Oven, microwave, dishwasher, large American fridge, washing machine ... everything is close at hand to simplify your vacation.
Finally, you will have free access to the residence's swimming pool (just above the villa) and its large relaxation area with a superb sea view for the sunsets.
