Let yourself be seduced by this charming little villa built to enjoy life in the tropics: private swimming pool to cool off, terrace with garden furniture to share a ti'punch, sunbathing to perfect your tan and BBQ to taste the fish while just out of the water!
With 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed 160x200 cm and 2 single beds 90x190 cm, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. A cot and a high chair are available if needed.
This 60 m² villa, open to the outside, also has a lounge area with 2 flat screen TVs (one orange TV and the other equipped with chromecast), sound speaker and dining area, a bathroom walk-in shower with WC, a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge-freezer, 4-burner electric and gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker, toaster, crockery…) and a laundry room with washing machine.
Its exterior will delight you with its "cozy" spirit: a salt pool secured by an alarm with waterfall, sunbathing, an outdoor shower, a charcoal BBQ, a terrace equipped with a removable awning with garden furniture and no vis-à-vis!
A parking space at the back of the villa closed by a manual gate is reserved for you.
The villa has a buffer tank shared with the neighboring villa to compensate for running water cuts in Guadeloupe.
Located at the entrance to the Pointe des Châteaux road, you can take a dip in the sea 150 m from the villa, enjoy a delicious ice cream from Fabienne Youyoutte (elected best artisan in France in 2019) 5 minutes by car, marvel at the sunrise or sunset at the Pointe des Châteaux, observe the tropical fish in the lagoon of St François, tread the superb international golf course, fly over the island of a thousand waters in a microlight, taste the local cuisine while colour, savoring a cocktail in the atmosphere of the Marina… there are many possibilities for a holiday in an unforgettable setting!
