Beautiful apartment on the ground floor of an architect's villa on the heights of Ste Rose. The house is located in a secluded area (about 10 minutes from the village) totally quiet and with a splendid view of the lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac Marin. You benefit from accommodation for 2 people classified 3 stars Atout France with all the necessary equipment for your stay.

Designer and contemporary furniture, private terrace, access to the swimming pool (shared with the owners), air conditioning, television, WiFi, parking on the property ... everything is done to offer you a dream stay with the view as a backdrop on the lagoon.

Sofaia is located on the heights of Ste Rose and it is a place famous for its hot springs which are in the tropical forest. The village of Ste Rose as well as a supermarket are less than 10 minutes from your accommodation which is completely removed. Several beaches (including the most beautiful in northern Basse-Terre such as Cluny, la Perle or Grande Anse) are between 15 and 20 minutes from the house.

The owners, Christiane and Jean-Marc, live in the house above the apartment, but our professional activities and our travels mean that we are not always there.
