Very beautiful architect-designed villa with an area of 180 m² in the heart of a fully enclosed garden of 2000 m2. Its 3 bedroom-suites can accommodate 6 people for a stay lulled by the trade winds and with the sea as a backdrop.
Each room in the villa is a transition between indoors and outdoors with large sliding glass doors. The pool area at the back of the house is the ideal place to relax.
You will enjoy a large plot of approximately 2000 m² with a superb open view of the sea and the sugar cane fields. You will benefit from parking spaces in the property which is fully fenced and secure
Relax with a beautiful swimming pool (10.50 mx 5.50 m) and its water treated with salt, natural, healthy for health, odorless (without chlorine) as well as an outdoor shower. You will be out of sight and will have deckchairs for lazing around in the sun. For book lovers, we have a beautiful library.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms suites, air-conditioned, equipped with comfortable beds, the first (180x200 bed) with bathroom, walk-in shower with sea view, double sink, separate toilet and large dressing room, the second (160x200 bed), with bathroom, walk-in shower, single sink and wardrobe, the third (160x200 bed), with bathroom, walk-in shower, single sink, WC and large wardrobe with 4 sliding doors. A third independent toilet is nearby. A hairdryer, bed linen and towels are provided.
The main living room with its cathedral roof, spacious, very bright, ventilated and air-conditioned is fitted out with a beautiful modern kitchen and its central island with all the necessary equipment: American fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, cellar wine cellar, microwave, hood, built-in hob and griddle, crockery and kitchen utensils.
It opens onto a living room with flat screen TV, CD/DVD player, radio and a large sofa. You will benefit from a free internet connection.
In the utility room you will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The villa is fully equipped with mosquito nets on all its shutters/blinds, sliding bay windows and large bay windows.
The interior is comfortable, ventilated and tastefully furnished to offer you all the comfort expected during your stay.
The outdoor area, a beautiful covered terrace furnished with table and chairs where you can take your meals in peace as well as a lounge area, bench and armchairs, from where you can admire the surrounding landscape with the superb view of the turquoise sea and sugar cane fields.
In the event of rain or strong winds, all you have to do is lower the openwork roller shutters which will allow you to isolate yourself while retaining the atypical view whatever the weather.
You can also make your favorite grills thanks to the Weber gas barbecue and its plancha.
