Perched on the heights of Saint-François, the Villa Orchidée overlooks the Atlantic and offers you a panoramic view of the azure ocean and the Guadeloupe islands: La Désirade, Petite-Terre and Marie-Galante...

This luxury villa, which can accommodate up to 12 people, is the ideal place to spend a dream holiday in the West Indies, with friends or family, sharing precious moments in life while each keeping their privacy. This is what Marie-Rose, the owner and designer, imagined when creating this jewel, with an elegant and refined decoration.

This villa fully equipped for the comfort of travelers, is divided into 2 parts connected by a glass walkway between the 10-seater jacuzzi and the 84 m² swimming pool, with overflow sea view, equipped with a "touch" liner reflecting the color from the sea, borders these 2 poles equipped with bay windows.

To the east, the villa has 2 suites with 200x200 cm bed (+ 1 sofa bed for one of them), flat screen TV, desk, mini-fridge, walk-in shower room open to the bedroom , double sinks, separate WC and private terrace with garden furniture, a mezzanine with 4 beds 90x190 cm and its separate WC. For entertainment, you will have a sports corner with treadmill and complete weight bench, table football, an outdoor ping-pong table, a large leather sofa with a flat screen TV connected to the pro channel + Orange TV.

To the west, you will find the 2 suites by symmetry, a large fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room with sea view (2 hotplates with 4 burners, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 fridge-freezers, ice maker , grain coffee maker (sold on site), filter coffee maker, blender, toaster...), a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and wine cellar.

In order to take full advantage of the view, you can share a refreshment under the carbet with a large garden furniture, before returning to perfect your tan on one of the sunbeds or dive into the swimming pool...

You will have private and secure parking in front of the villa.

The estate includes 3 independent villas: the 1-bedroom Balisier villa, the 2-bedroom Vanillier villa and the 4-bedroom Orchidée villa + mezzanine. An independent suite completes one of them as needed. You have the possibility to rent several villas together on request.
